Day Shift — Rise & Shine Crew (6am–2pm) Love mornings, activities, and helping residents start their day? Join the Rise & Shine Crew to lead breakfast routines, light‑therapy, mobility and therapy assists, med pass support, and engaging daytime programs. Perfect for energetic CNAs who love hands‑on care, social interaction, and setting a positive tone for the day.
Evening Shift — Sunset Champions (2pm–10pm) Enjoy a mix of care and connection? As a Sunset Champion you’ll support dinner, medication administration, personal care, light documentation, evening activities, and comfort rounds. Bring calm presence, strong observation, and the ability to create peaceful, meaningful evenings for residents and families.
Night Shift — Night Owl Guardians (10pm–6am) Prefer quieter hours and focused tasks? Night Owl Guardians handle safety checks, turns, overnight care, assessments, and timely documentation. This role suits dependable, observant CNAs who keep residents comfortable, safe, and rested while the rest of the community sleeps.
What you’ll do (all shifts)
- Provide compassionate personal care: bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transfers, and mobility assistance.
- Support mealtimes, hydration, vitals, and accurate documentation.
- Build relationships, encourage resident choice, and participate in daily life and activities.
- Communicate clearly with nurses and families; follow infection control and safety policies.
- Contribute to a clean, home‑like environment.
We’re looking for
- Current CNA certification and state registry.
- Compassion, reliability, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to complete tasks timely.
- Experience in long‑term care helpful but not required.
