Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst supports the management and enhancement of HR technology platforms across Allia Health Group. This role is responsible for maintaining HR system functionality, ensuring data integrity, generating workforce analytics, and supporting system integrations and upgrades. The position serves as a key resource for system optimization, user support, and implementation of scalable HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the organization’s HRIS strategy and system optimization across Allia Health Group, ensuring HR technology supports workforce growth, operational efficiency, and long-term business objectives
- Cross-functionally collaboration with HR leadership, payroll, compliance, and IT teams to streamline HR processes, improve reporting capabilities, workflows, automation, and support data-driven decision making
- Delivery of workforce analytics and HR reporting that support leadership decision-making related to staffing, compliance, compensation, and operational performance
- Configuration and maintenance of HRIS functionality, including automated workflows, custom reports, system queries, and integrations that support the full employee lifecycle
- Oversight of HRIS enhancements, module implementations, and system upgrades, including coordination with HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful testing and deployment
- Creation and maintenance of HRIS documentation, system guides, and internal training resources to ensure consistent system use across departments
- Ongoing support and training for HRIS users, including troubleshooting system issues, managing user access, and ensuring smooth day-to-day system operations
- Maintenance of HRIS data integrity and adherence to data security and privacy standards governing employee information
- Monitoring of HR technology trends and vendor capabilities to identify opportunities that improve scalability, reporting, and HR operational efficiency
- Participation in broader HR technology initiatives and system improvement projects that enhance the employee and manager experience
What We Require
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience
Hands on experience with ADP Workforce Now with ability to support, configure, and optimize the functionality
Demonstrated ability to provide technical support and guidance to HR team members, managers, and system users
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage and maintain accurate system data and documentation
General knowledge of human resources processes and the employee lifecycle to support system functionality aligned with organizational operations
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee and organizational information
Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Office Excel, and experience working with enterprise software systems
Preferred Requirement(s)
Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or HR technology-related certification.
