Job Summary

The Fulfillment Technician will be responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and distributing compounded medications while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role plays a vital part in supporting healthcare providers and improving patient outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

● Accurately dispense medication and fulfill medication orders by preparing, packaging, and labeling bottles, vials, and oral suspensions.

● Track and manage medication inventory to ensure availability and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

● Ensure timely and precise medication distribution to healthcare providers.

● Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and cleanliness standards.

● Monitor and replenish medication supplies as needed.

● Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.


Required Qualifications:

● High school diploma or GED.

● Valid Pharmacy Technician certification from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with emphasis on compounding and fulfillment.

● Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

● Experience maintaining consistent punctuality and reliability, with the ability to effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic pharmacy environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Current Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).

● Prior experience using Google Docs and related Google Workspace applications.

● Familiarity with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Lifefile, PioneerRx, QS/1, or other applicable platforms).

● Previous experience in a compounding pharmacy environment.


Physical Requirements:

● Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time while preparing and fulfilling prescriptions.

● Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, or via virtual meeting.

● Ability to maintain focus in a typical pharmacy/office environment with moderate noise levels.

● Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms, such as typing, labeling, and packaging.


Benefits and Compesation:

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
