What you will do
- Plan, schedule and oversee all phases of siding installation and service projects.
- Manage install and service crews, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivitystandards.
- Ensure installation practices comply with manufacturer guidelines and warranty requirements.
- Track time and materials as required for each installation project.
- Ensure that all equipment is operated in a safe and responsible manner.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Attend all training to learn new technology of building materials and installation methods as required by location management.
- Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise.
- Monitor and guide work processes to ensure quality results with minimal errors or damage.
- Responsible for managing a team of 10 associates (direct and indirect), including hiringand termination decisions, setting goals, communicating expectations, providingperformance feedback, and overseeing budget accountability.

Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience Qualifications
- 5 years of roofing installation/service experience required.
Skills and Abilities
- Special skills required-Read and use a measuring tape and other required tools for complete installation.
- Good interpersonal skills, verbal and written skills and the ability to provide and/or follow detailed instructions.
- Excellent teamwork & customer relationships
- Demonstration of leadership (all required):

Travel Requirements
- Willing to travel as needed.
