In this role, you’ll be responsible for welding metal components with precision and consistency, helping us deliver high-quality, American-made products.Key Responsibilities:Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal parts and assembliesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersSet up welding machines based on job requirements and materialsInspect and measure finished work to ensure it meets quality standardsMeet production levels and deadlines for each jobMaintain a clean and safe work environmentCollaborate with Supervision and team members to meet production goals and deadlinesRequirements:Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding in a production environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityMust be able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periodsFamiliarity with shop tools, safety protocols, and general fabrication processesSchedule:1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM (3-day weekends!)2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (3-day weekends!)Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experienceCompany DescriptionLocally owned and operated since 1984, we’re a full-service metal fabrication shop proud to stand behind “Manufactured in America.” When you join our team, you’re joining a family that values hard work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and truly cares about its people.
