This is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlington, WV. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily operations of the dialysis facility, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with clinical protocols. Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, monitoring treatment outcomes, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Nurse Manager will also work closely with physicians, patients, and families to establish and achieve healthcare goals.
- Strong leadership and management skills, including team supervision and staff development
- Clinical expertise in dialysis care, patient monitoring, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient and team collaboration
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities for effective facility management
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Previous experience in dialysis or nephrology is strongly preferred
- CPR certification and adherence to continuing education requirements
