Southeastern Provisions is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of our facility and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility to identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with installation of new equipment or facility improvements.
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, welding, HVAC, or industrial equipment (as applicable).
- Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
