Job Summary
We’re looking for dependable, hard‑working Asphalt Laborers to join our paving crew. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, supporting all phases of asphalt installation, repair, and roadwork. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outdoors in all conditions, can follow direction, and take pride in producing high‑quality work.
As part of our crew, you’ll assist with tasks such as raking, shoveling, luting, prepping work areas, operating basic tools, and supporting equipment operators. Experience in asphalt or construction is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated workers who show up ready to work.
