Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist/Case Manager to join our team in the Guernsey County area. This position provides goal-oriented support services, linking clients to community resources, advocating for their needs, and helping them achieve greater self-sufficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and community-based support to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and achieve individualized goals.
- Connect clients with community resources and services.
- Advocate for client needs while promoting independence and wellness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, etc.) or 3 years of experience in mental health services.
- Familiarity with community resources and support systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time: 36–40 hours per week
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
