What You’ll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
  • Support bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online / Bill.com) including invoices, AR/AP, and expense tracking.
  • Implement and Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate hiring paperwork, onboarding, and HR records.
  • Support the General Manager with scheduling, reporting, and vendor communication.
  • Track inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 years experience in office management, administration, or bookkeeping.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.
  • Bonus points for those with: Experience in accounting, healthcare, or DME industry.
