What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative support.
- Support bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online / Bill.com) including invoices, AR/AP, and expense tracking.
- Implement and Maintain digital filing systems and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate hiring paperwork, onboarding, and HR records.
- Support the General Manager with scheduling, reporting, and vendor communication.
- Track inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with logistics teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years experience in office management, administration, or bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented.
- Bonus points for those with: Experience in accounting, healthcare, or DME industry.
