Seeking Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Small, busy arts non-profit in Attleboro seeks a Part- Time administrative assistant. This is a contracted position that will require in person work. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, detail-oriented, multi-tasker with exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills. Hours will vary based on needs of the office. On average 5 hours per week depending on the season.
The position requires lifting and moving boxes of supplies and arranging storage areas to keep materials accessible and well organized. Candidates must be comfortable performing light to moderate physical tasks, including regularly lifting and carrying items weighing 25–50 pounds, and should be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to maintain an orderly supply system in a busy, creative environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Program set up and clean up when applicable. (art shows, camps..)
- Preparing materials for projects or events.
- Local Travel - deliver fliers and brochures to surrounding schools including Superintendent’s offices, individual schools, libraries, etc.
- Help the Program Director maintain and organize office and program supplies.
