Position Overview
The Marketing Associate serves as the coordination hub for all marketing initiatives, sales events, and departmental support within Southeastern Laundry Equipment Sales (SLES).
This role is responsible for organizing, executing, and supporting marketing campaigns, trade shows, internal sales initiatives, and brand standards across all divisions (OPL, Vended, MFH, and Chemical). The Marketing Associate ensures alignment between leadership, sales, operations, and vendors — driving disciplined execution across the department.
This is an entry-level, growth-oriented role within our T.U.B. Sales Organization, offering the opportunity to build skills across marketing, sales support, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Coordination
- Assist with planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple divisions.
- Coordinate marketing materials including brochures, digital content, and presentations.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all marketing materials.
- Support internal marketing initiatives and promotional programs.
- Track and organize marketing projects and timelines.
Sales & Event Support
- Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and sales meetings.
- Assist with booth materials, shipping, and event preparation.
- Support internal sales events and customer appreciation initiatives.
- Help maintain marketing inventory such as promotional items and printed materials.
- Assist with follow-up coordination after events.
Sales Enablement Support
- Support sales teams with marketing materials and resources.
- Assist with creation and updates of sales presentations and collateral.
- Coordinate requests for business cards, brochures, and branded materials.
- Help maintain sales tools and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding support materials for new sales hires.
Administrative & Project Support
- Serve as a central point of coordination between marketing, sales, and vendors.
- Maintain organized records of marketing projects and assets.
- Track vendor orders and marketing expenses.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of marketing initiatives.
- Support departmental reporting and project tracking.

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing and presentation tools preferred
- Experience with project tracking tools (Asana or similar preferred)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts preferred
