Southeastern Life Center is looking for the right person to help us build something special.
We are searching for an Equine Program Manager—someone who knows horses, understands that their well-being comes first, and sees the potential of bringing horses and people together in meaningful ways.
This isn't just a barn job.
You'll help care for and manage our horses, shape a growing equine-assisted services program, work alongside behavioral health professionals, and help Southeastern Life Center move toward PATH Intl. accreditation.
We aren't necessarily looking for the person with the most letters behind their name.
We're looking for the right horse person.
Someone with experience. Good judgment. Horse sense. A heart for people. And the desire to help build something from the ground up.
No college degree required. PATH experience or ESMHL certification is a plus—but if you're the right person, we're willing to invest in your development.
Salary Range: Starts at $50k
