Job description:
Qualifications:
- Registered pharmacy technician
- Significant customer service experience, ideally in the pharmacy industry.
- Experience in retail pharmacy dispensing specialty drugs.
- Must demonstrate high levels of critical thinking skills in addition to customer service experience.
- Knowledge of/proficiency in medical terminology preferred (written & oral).
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, intense (high volume) environment.
Minimum Required Experience: 1 Year
