Recovery Clinician
The Recovery Clinician is a valued member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery, improve mental wellness, and build meaningful lives. This position provides comprehensive assessment, treatment, and support services to individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.
The Recovery Clinician conducts integrated assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides evidence-based individual and group counseling services. Working collaboratively with clients and team members, the Recovery Clinician helps identify strengths, address barriers to recovery, and support progress toward personal goals.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive integrated assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine treatment needs and recommendations.
- Develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that support recovery and overall wellness.
- Provide individual and group counseling utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and coordinate care with internal and external providers as appropriate.
- Provide crisis intervention and support when needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches based on individual needs and outcomes.
- Support clients in developing healthy coping skills, relapse prevention strategies, and long-term recovery goals.
- Foster a welcoming, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented environment that promotes hope, resilience, and personal growth.
- Adhere to all applicable ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualification
Bachelors degree with Addiction Counselor in Training (ACT) is required. Certified Addiction Councelor (CAC) or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) licensure preferred. Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
