What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service – Customer Success Representative position at SouthEastern Corrugated?
Expectations
- Full internal account management responsibility (order entry, inventory verification, new projects/samples, new item setup, etc.)
- Point of contact with plant level representatives for designated accounts
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable balance on designated accounts
- Initial Pricing Proposal Responsibilities
- Ad-hoc requests/concerns from customers
- Put together LV forecast for designated accounts, work with purchasing team to make sure raw material orders are in to meet demand
- Ad-hoc administrative and reporting duties
- PCAR completed for designated customers, address quality issues directly with plant contacts
- Ensure customer shipments are on schedule, interact with internal driver and external freight provider
- Communicate with customers on any delays in production which would affect delivery time
Goals
- Maintain excellent customer service and relationships with the designated accounts (customer retention at 95%)
- Aged AR balance below 10% of revenue
- Accurate and timely new product launches (meet customer deadlines)
- Maintain minimum floor quantities of inventory based on customer forecasts/needs
- 80% accuracy on internal forecasts/LV
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience in customer service / customer success
- At least 1 - 3 years' of corrugated industry experience
