Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, driven, and customer-focused New Home Sales Agent to join our team at the Watermill community in Lebanon, TN. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a strong understanding of new construction home sales, and a proven ability to guide clients through the home buying process from first contact to closing.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage prospective buyers, providing knowledgeable information about community features, home designs, pricing, and incentives.
Manage the complete sales process — from prospecting and follow-up to contract negotiation and closing.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, lenders, Realtors, and internal team members.
Conduct community tours and ensure model homes are presentation-ready at all times.
Maintain accurate records of traffic, leads, and sales activity using CRM tools.
Collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction throughout the building process.
Qualifications
Experience in new home or residential real estate sales (builder experience preferred).
Active Tennessee Real Estate License (required).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in CRM and digital sales tools.
