Job Title: Preventative Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
- This position is responsible for performing preventative maintenance (P.M.) related to Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, in both campus and campus housing. This position will be responsible for maintaining records of work completed and for performing regular inspections of campus plumbing facilities. Training for this role will be provided in accordance with the procedures set by the Plumbing Manager.

- Plumbing Manager
- Plumbing Supervisor
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completing regularly scheduled plumbing P.M. on campus drains and fixtures.
- Completing regularly scheduled electrical P.M. in campus buildings.
- Completing regularly scheduled HVAC P.M. on condensate lines in campus housing and campus buildings.
- Performing brief inspections of campus facilities to insure proper working order of plumbing fixtures.
- Assisting the plumbing department with the completion of work orders, inspections, and special projects after scheduled P.M.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Required:
- Candidates must be a current SEBTS student or spouse of a SEBTS student
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ideal candidate be over the age of 22 and possess and valid drivers license in order to operate Seminary vehicles
- Preferred:
- Plumbing experience or familiarity w/ plumbing systems
- Plumbing experience or familiarity w/ plumbing systems
