SEBTS is looking to hire a Support Technician to work in the Information Technology office on campus. This position is restricted to students, incoming students, and spouses of current students.
Pay Rate: $15.45 an hour
Support Technicians will:
- Move computer hardware and equipment.
- Install software applications.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware problems.
- Provide basic front-end desktop computer, printer and copier support for end users.
- Ensure timely and professional technical support is provided to the end user.
- Assists the Operations Manager and the Director in other duties as assigned.
Required
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of desktop computers and operating systems.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft based applications.
- Preferred
- Experience with data wiring and connectivity.
- Experience with telephone systems.
- Undergraduate College Degree.
- Desired
- College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related program.
