JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Uses tools and techniques of fabrication to produce specialty items in a project in an efficient and timely manner from the shop drawings, blue prints and material take off lists provided by drafting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Proficient in using material take off lists from shop drawings to gather materials needed to complete a job.
- Works effectively with tools designed for fabrication.
- Proficient in veneer and laminate fabrication.
- Produces fabrications from blueprints or shop drawings.
- Efficiently plans the completion of specialty items in a job according to the production schedule.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
- Performs daily preventive maintenance and cleaning of assigned company machines and/or equipment..
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $23.00 per hour
