Job Purpose:
The Sales Support Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer service and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making and taking calls daily, working with customers/sales team, multitasking, and closing sales.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Order entry
- Managing open orders
- Follow-up with customers
- Close sales and achieve goals
- Partner with Outside Sales Reps to build and strengthen customer relationships
- Ability to work well and communicate with members of various departments
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Complete special projects and assignments as requested
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 2-3 years of Sales & Service experience
- Track record of achieving goals
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, and in-house software
- Consistent with follow-up
- Team Player
