Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Special Education Para to support students with diverse learning needs in a classroom setting. Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans tailored for students with special needs.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them understand and complete assignments.
- Facilitate classroom activities that promote social interaction and learning among all students.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers on individual student needs.
- Support students during transitions between activities and throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop strategies for effective classroom management.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Skills
- Strong understanding of special education principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with disabilities or special needs.
