Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Unloader to join our team in Springfield, MA. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a lead or supervisor role. This position involves overseeing a team of unloaders during the night shift from 9pm to 5:30am, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of unloaders
- Ensure efficient and timely unloading of shipments
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Train and mentor new team members
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisor role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
