Southeast Texas Child Guidance Center (includes Southeast Texas TMS Center) is a leading outpatient behavioral health clinic in Beaumont, Texas dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive mental health services to our community. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming front office experience
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Check patients in and out and keep patient information accurate and confidential
- Support providers and staff with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Help keep the office clean and organized
