The hourly manager's key responsibilities are to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Assist the General Manager by overseeing other team members. You will be providing support in training new team members and continuing to coach current team members. Successful shift managers and assistant managers can manage a team of people to ensure all duties are performed accurately within a smooth and efficient workflow.

- MUST lead a team of 4 – 10 people on any shift
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas, we are closed).
- Must be able to work until 5:00 am
- Eager to advance and Willing to take Developmental Coaching.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Able to lift 10-40 pounds, reach with arms and hands, stand and walk for an extended period.
Salary : $16 - $24
