**Job Summary:**
As a Lineman with a Class A or B designation and a CDL, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing transmission and distribution electrical systems and associated equipment. This includes working on both overhead and underground systems using a variety of tools and equipment such as line trucks, aerial booms, helicopters, ladders, lifts, and wire pulling equipment. The role involves activities like pole climbing, hot sticking, and operating switch gears safely.
**Qualifications:**
- Possession of a Class A or B CDL and Medical Card.
- Ability to work on energized or de-energized circuits without direct supervision.
- Completion of a minimum of 3 years of formal training, a certificate of completion of formal training, or 8 years of on-the-job training.
- CPR certification is required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess the legal right to work in the U.S.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including digging trenches, moving heavy objects, and working at heights.
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing and a background check.
