Join our team as a Parking Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing parking lot operations, assisting customers with their parking needs, and enforcement or parking lot rules and regulations. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide clear directions within the parking lot
- Monitor parking lot activity to ensure safety, security, and proper vehicle flow
- Handle heavy lifting tasks such as moving barriers or assisting with vehicle-related equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area, including outdoor work responsibilities
- Manage conflict situations professionally, addressing customer concerns with effective communication
- Enforce parking policies and procedures to ensure payment and compliance with safety standards
- Conduct regular inspections of the parking lot to identify non-paying parkers as well as hazards or maintenance needs
Experience
- Prior parking enforcement experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks and heavy lifting safely
- Effective communication skills for conflict management and team coordination
