Hazen and Sawyer has an exceptional opportunity for a Field Coordinator/Senior Field Coordinator to support the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure. Duties include all aspects of construction inspection, administration and coordination of management. The selected candidate will inform the CM team by observing and report on construction activities, effectively coordinating and collaborating with project team members, and providing documentation and inspection activities.

Key Responsibilities
The primary function in this position is to observe and manage contractor’s work to ensure compliance with Contract Drawings and Specifications. Other duties include facilitating coordination and communication between Owner and Contractor to ensure construction activities do not impact Owner operations. The Sr. Field Coordinator will also assist with construction administration documentation: RFI’s, RFC’s, field orders, claims, submittal/schedule review, meetings, payment applications, etc.
Qualifications
Preferably candidates will have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 5 years of general experience in construction administration and observation.
Candidate with water or wastewater facility construction experience in lieu of the aforementioned degree with be given equal consideration.
