Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, cybersecurity practices, and cloud technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
