JOB TITLE: Supply Warehouse Delivery Driver
LOCATION: Lake City, FL
SUPERVISES: None
COMPENSATION: Hourly, Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY: Deliver warehouse products and goods to Supply Division customers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year(s) of full-time verifiable tractor-trailer combination experience.
- Maintain a valid Class A CDL license & acceptable MVR.
- Maintain current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (Card).
- Maintain valid Tanker and Hazmat Endorsements.
- Experience in operating a forklift and other departmental equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ability to pass safety and licensing certification.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test and a background check.
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the USA.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive, store, and ship merchandise kept in the warehouse.
- Load and unload merchandise during receiving and shipping.
- Maintain cycle counts of all warehouse inventories and report discrepancies to the supervising manager.
- Keep records as merchandise enters and leaves the warehouse, including proper labeling of prescription drugs.

- Organize, rotate, and stock merchandise in the warehouse.
- Unload merchandise and stock on the farm shelf.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance functions of all warehouse machinery, such as forklifts.
- Keep the work area clean and safe.
- Operate all equipment, including but not limited to a forklift, safely and professionally.
- Process and follow up on rush items.
- Other related duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time and demonstrate manual dexterity while performing job duties.
- The employee must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance and greater than 50 lbs. with assistance. In addition, employees must be able to push, pull, and/or roll more than 100 lbs.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
- Specific vision requirements for this role include close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb throughout the shift.
- The employee will be occasionally exposed to twisting of the back and neck.
- Must be able to concentrate for extended periods, paying attention to detail.
- Requires the ability to move freely about the office building and warehouse frequently.
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The environment involved is regularly both inside and outside; you may be exposed to cold, extreme heat, a wet and/or humid environment.
- The employee is exposed to cluttered and slippery floor surfaces, and contact with sharp objects, skin irritants, hazardous cleaning solutions, hazardous equipment (mechanical moving parts), and nuisance dust, fumes, and sprays.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- This position is classified as a safety-sensitive position; Responsible for creating and maintaining a safety-conscious work environment according to policies and procedures.
