Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Inspect and clean coils, blowers, condensate lines, electrical components, and filters.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service during every visit.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
- Document all maintenance activities accurately
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems and their components
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
- Knowledge of field service practices and procedures
- Understanding of property maintenance principles and practices
- Ability to work with boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems (if applicable)
- Familiarity with HVAC system design principles
- EPA certification
- Valid driver’s license
