Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Manager and/or Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants while maintaining the integrity of our property management operations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of real estate practices.
Duties
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing available units and highlighting features that meet tenant needs.
- Manage the leasing process, including preparing lease agreements and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications, leases, and renewals.
- Collaborate with property management to address tenant inquiries and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads and follow up with potential tenants.
- Ensure adherence to Section 8 regulations when applicable.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills
- Strong understanding of contract management and legal administrative processes related to leasing.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
- Proficient in office tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation management.
- Knowledge of property maintenance processes is beneficial.
- Effective phone etiquette for handling inquiries and providing information clearly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
