As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of tasks. ```Responsibilities``` - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements - Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations - Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and organizing files - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Assist with data entry and maintaining databases - Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance - Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department - Assist with special projects as assigned ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of tax regulations and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) - Proficiency in debits and credits, balance sheet reconciliation, and governmental accounting - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Familiarity with corporate accounting practices - Experience with accounts payable processes - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in 10-key typing If you are a motivated individual with a strong background in administrative support and accounting practices, we encourage you to apply for this position.
