In this role, you will oversee service department operations, supervise associates, and ensure the highest standards of equipment service, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair for both customer and company-owned equipment.

- Oversee daily service department operations
- Supervise, coach, and develop service associates
- Interview, hire, train, and onboard team members
- Plan, assign, and direct work to meet business goals
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback, recognition, and corrective action
- Address employee and customer concerns and resolve issues effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Drive operational efficiency and service quality
