Why should others choose to be a nurse at Mercy?
Transcript
I think you should choose Mercy because overall with other facilities that I've worked in, Mercy is giving nurses the autonomy to practice to the full extent of their license and really works to empower nurses in the care that we give to our patients. And I think as a nurse, that's the best thing you can ask for, in your career, is being able to take care of your patients to the best of your ability and advocate for them throughout the length of your career.
