Performs general accounting functions, including assistance with asset routine additions, disposals, and transfers; roll forward of capital assets; lease additions and terminations in LeaseQuery; and other assigned, monthly responsibilities. Also performs non-routine, special projects using accounting knowledge.
Position Details
This position is a remote work the requires you to live within commuting range of Mercy Hospital Southeast.

Hours/Schedule
Full-Time (40-hrs per week)
Education: Bachelor's degree required in financial field (or equivalent experience)
Licensure
Experience:
Certifications
Other: Proficiency in PC applications, including (but not limited to) spreadsheet, database management and word processing. Excellent analysis and problem solving skills required. Excellent written and oral communications skills required. Ability to work under deadlines and in stressful situations required. Motivated. Ability to work independently.
Preferred Education
Preferred Licensure:
Preferred Experience: fixed asset accounting experience preferred. Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel preferred. Lawson and/or LeaseQuery experience a plus.
