Campus Supervisor - Lincoln Southeast
Supervise students during entry, passing periods, lunch, dismissal, and school activities. Campus Supervisors help set the tone and culture in a school building as it relates to expectations, behavior, and discipline.
Required Skills:
- Applicants must care about and enjoy working with young adults.
- Applicants must be able to build relationships with students, establish appropriate boundaries,de-escalate tense situations, remain calm in work on a team.
- Applicants must have the ability to interpret and enforce school rules and regulations for high school aged students.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following areas: conflict resolution, restorative practices, middle/high school setting, or managing teenagers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide structured supervision of student movement and activities.
- Respond to teacher requests for support with student issues.
- Communicate with students, their teachers, and their administrators regarding disciplinary matters.
- Work with students in the areas of reflection, decision-making, and restorative practices.
- Be a calming authority presence in situations that may be deemed stressful.
