Southeast Handling Systems (SHS) is seeking a driven, results-oriented Territory Manager to manage and grow sales within an assigned territory. This outside sales role is responsible for initiating, maintaining, and expanding customer relationships while driving revenue.
The Territory Manager will own territory performance, identify new business opportunities, and partner internally to deliver value-driven solutions and exceptional customer service.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales within an assigned geographic territory
- Develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts
- Sell material handling and industrial equipment solutions
- Identify customer needs and deliver consultative, value-based solutions
- Work closely with service, parts, and rental teams to support customer success
- Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and forecasting information
β Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in outside B2B sales, preferably within material handling, forklift, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment environments
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
- Strong territory management, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently
- High-energy, customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
