Instructional Aide
Fountain Central Jr.-Sr. High School
Fountain Central Jr.-Sr. High School has an instructional aide opening in the Special
Education Dept. for the 2026-2027 school year. The primary responsibilities are
assisting students in small group instruction, providing accommodations, support in the
general education classroom, and supervision duties. The position is open to internal and
external candidates, and will remain open until filled.
Job Requirements
Must hold appropriate certification or high school diploma.
Hourly Rate/Benefits
$14.86 at 29.5 Hours/week
Average 87.67 per day
PERF Contributions
7 PTO Days (90-day probationary period)
Qualifications
1. Effective organizational and communication skills
2. Ability to work with children of various age levels and abilities
3. Supportive of classroom instruction and management
4. Willingness to assist with multiple duties
