- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits to customer accounts.
- Assist in fraud prevention and detection measures to protect both the bank and its customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective relationship management techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless banking experience for clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in a banking or retail environment is preferred but not required.
