Key Accountabilities
- Operational Leadership:
o Information Technology: Oversee IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and alignment with organizational goals.
o Facilities Management: Manage maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of all facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, and welcoming.
o Coffee Shop & Bookstore: Supervise the Operations, staffing, and strategic direction of auxiliary services to enhance guest experience.
o Safety & Security: Work with security staff to ensure we have effective safety procedures including weekend services and lead reunification efforts, ensuring effective policies and communication plans are in place.
o School Responsibilities:
- Work with Head of School, school HR, and school finances to set processes, budgets, and policies.
- Ensure organization-wide alignment of finances, strategies, and goals.
- Work with school and church staff on shared facility needs.
- Administrative Leadership:
o Finance: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and stewardship of financial resources. Collaborate with finance and executive team to ensure fiscal health and transparency.
o Human Resources: Work with HR director to ensure proper procedures, including recruitment, benefits, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
o Contracts: Negotiate, review, and manage contracts to align with organizational goals.
o Insurance: Ensure adequate insurance coverage for all operations, reviewing policies regularly and managing claims as needed.
- Leadership and Team Development:
o Develop and implement individualized staff development plans for department staff to foster professional growth and excellence.
o Organize and facilitate executive team meetings to ensure strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
o Provide leadership and support to Operations Departmental Heads and staff, ensuring accountability and progress toward goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Development: Guide professional and spiritual growth through training, feedback, and performance evaluations for staff members. Provide training opportunities to equip staff with the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
- Volunteer Care: Assist staff to recruit, train, and support volunteers to foster engagement and appreciation.
- Strategic Planning:
o Collaborate with Executive Team to set and achieve strategic goals for the church and school.
o Regularly assess ministry programs and processes to ensure effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
o Develop key performance metrics to monitor progress and success.
o Maintain a use calendar for all facilities, owned or leased by Southeast.
- Staff & Leadership Meetings: Work with Executive Team to encourage clear communication, collaboration, and alignment of organization priorities for staff and ministry leadership. Promote unity, innovation, and problem-solving during team discussions.
- Staff Culture: Champion and cultivate a Christ-centered, collaborative, and positive staff culture.
- Leadership Training: Work with Executive Team to design and deliver leadership development initiatives for staff and volunteer leaders.
- Church Culture: Act as a steward of the church’s vision, mission, and values by embedding them into all areas of operations.
- Vision, Mission, and Values: Regularly articulate and reinforce the church’s vision, mission, and values. Ensure alignment across all programs, ministries, and initiatives.
- Connections Class: Assist with the planning and execution of Connections Class to welcome and integrate new attendees into the church community.

Time Requirements
This position will be completed in 40 hours per week. Standard hours are Sunday through Thursday, with hours in evenings, off days, and holidays expected.
