Job Title: Driver
Roles and responsibilities:
- Have a general knowledge of trucks and trailers, to be able to perform daily pre-trip and post trip inspections on assigned equipment.
- Ensure the accuracy of our products being loaded for delivery.
- Understand and demonstrate safe loading and unloading practices.
- Ensure that all loads are properly secured and can be transported safely.
- Follow routes to deliveries while operating a CMV and avoiding truck restricted roads and low clearances.
- Interact with customers in a professional manner and exhibit characteristics of our Core Values while making deliveries.
- Report road incidents to the dispatcher.
- Follow accident procedures.
- Refuel and clean vehicle daily.
- Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers.

- Ability to drive and maneuver various configurations of trucks and trailers
- Ability to gain a good understanding of materials and accuracy of loads
- Make various deliveries to jobsites and dealer yards
- Operate efficiently to deliver multiple local loads daily
- Be at delivery site at 7:30 a.m.
- Make decisions based on driver's abilities and capabilities of equipment
- Perform maintenance checks and report items that need repair
- Maintains an MVR report that is in good standing
