Role Description
This full-time on-site position is based in Milford, NE, as an Apprenticeships Coordinator. The Coordinator will manage and oversee the college’s apprenticeship programs, act as a liaison between employers, apprentices and faculty, and ensure compliance with program guidelines and standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating enrolment, maintaining accurate program records, building and maintaining relationships with local businesses, and supporting apprentices in their academic and career development. The role will also involve planning events and promoting the apprenticeship programs to various stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with employers, apprentices, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in program coordination, career development, or workforce training is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge or experience in education, workforce development, or apprenticeships is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
