What are the responsibilities and job description for the Men's Ministry Leader Blankenbaker Campus position at Southeast Christian Church?
This role exists to partner with the Blankenbaker Men’s ministry staff and volunteer leaders in unleashing the full force of the men of our church to love people one at a time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive the overall discipleship strategy for Men’s Ministry through groups, events, and mentoring relationships.
- Recruit, equip, and develop volunteer leaders to shepherd other men in alignment with Southeast’s mission and vision.
- Oversee and expand key environments, including:
- Man Challenge & Saturday Morning Men’s Bible Study – weekly spaces for men to study God’s Word in life on life community.
- Discipleship Pathways – intentional steps and deeper tracks to help men become disciple-makers.
- Special Events & Retreats – on-campus and off-site catalytic gatherings that spark connection and growth.
