Guest Experience Leader | Southeast Christian Church
Campus: Nelson County
The Guest Experience Leader will recruit, equip, and shepherd volunteers who implement a fantastic ‘One at a Time’ guest experience from street to seat.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the execution of Southeast’s Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.
- Recruit, Equip, and Shepherd volunteers for these areas of ministry:
o Greeters/Ushers
o Parking Lot
o New Here Team
o Café/Hospitality
o Special Event weekends
What We Are Looking For
- A highly relational leader with the ability to inspire people toward action
- A self-starter with great management skills and creative attention to detail
- A passionate shepherd experienced in developing teams and volunteers
- A faithful servant with a humble heart of Christ
Our Requirements
- Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests
- Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to Nelson County
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
- Exemplifies our seven staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
- Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving.
