Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs
- Analyze data and update programming as needed
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Active Tennessee Behavior Analyst License, or ability to obtain one
- Candidates who will be sitting for the BCBA exam soon are welcome to apply (including current RBTs preparing for certification)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities (newly certified BCBAs welcome)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
