Austin Public School District is seeking to hire Summer School General Education Para EducatorsAustin Public School District #492
Positions are available at the primary and intermediate sites. This position is 6 hours per day, Monday-Thursday during the program session.
Primary Site Paraprofessionals will be responsible for supporting general education teachers and providing academic support to students.
Intermediate Site Paraprofessionals will be supporting the IMC during the day.
Qualifications: Candidate must have an AA Degree, AS Degree or 60 semester credits of post secondary education (equivalent of 2 years) or a passing score on the paraprofessional assessment test.
Salary: Hourly starting rate of pay is $18.35 per hour. The salary range for the position is outlined on page 11 of the Paraprofessional Working Agreement:
