What You'll Do:
- Transport patients between hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, dialysis and residences
- Assist with hospital discharges and scheduled medical appointments
- Deliver high-quality patient care and customer service
- Complete accurate documentation and patient reports
- Work alongside a supportive operations and clinical team
