Duties
- Pre Delivery Inspections of New Equipment
- Perform maintenance and repairs.
- Diagnostics of Electronics, Hydraulics, and Air Conditioning
- Diagnose mechanical issues and propose solutions
- Conduct routine inspections to identify faulty components
- Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition
- Ability to Lift / Push/ Pull 80 lbs
- Work in Awkward/ Tight spaces
- Ability to frequently stand, sit, walk, climb, crouch, and or crawl
- Operate heavy machinery during repair or testing procedures safely and efficiently.
- Assist with equipment assembly, installation, and calibration to ensure proper operation according to manufacturer standards.
Requirements
- Personal Tools Needed to Preform Work Required. 1/4inch drive sockets up to 3/4 inch drive sockets. Wrenches from 1/4 inch up to 2 inches. Air Tools/Battery Tools (Specialty tools are Provided)
- Ability to work Independently.

- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues efficiently
- Thorough understanding of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in equipment repair and maintenance.
- Experience with Case IH EST, or Cummins Insite is a Plus
- R134/ R1234 Air Conditioning knowledge is a plus
- Hydraulic Diagnostics/knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Case IH EST, or Cummins Insite is a Plus
- Ability to dig into complex technical problems and find solutions

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
