We are seeking a Full-Time Clinical Lead Nurse to support our busy, growing teams and help guide the continued expansion of our clinical services into Dermatology. If you’re an organized, confident, and patient-focused nurse who enjoys leadership, variety, and teamwork, this role may be an excellent fit. As a new position within Southdale Physicians, the Clinical Lead Nurse will help shape and refine the clinical workflows that support multiple practices.What You’ll DoAs our Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key leadership and operational role across the shared clinical environment. Responsibilities include:
Clinical & Patient Care Duties
- Assist providers across Internal Medicine, Dermatology, and additional services.
- Triage patient calls, clinical concerns, and medication-related questions.
- Support clinical procedures, treatments, and patient education.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered care environment.
- Create and determine standard practices.
Leadership & Team Support
- Provide daily guidance and support to clinical staff.
- Assist in training new staff and helping define ongoing clinical workflows.
- Collaborate closely with providers, office management, and multiple healthcare teams.
Operational & Administrative Responsibilities
- Work within multiple electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Support scheduling, authorizations, forms, and care coordination.
- Help maintain clinical supply inventory, equipment, and exam room readiness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and workflow development.
- Assist office leadership with clinical projects and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- Previous clinic experience required
- Previous dermatology experience. ( Strongly Preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, patient-focused demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable learning new EHR systems and adapting to evolving practice needs.
- A flexible, proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Confident daily customer service and patient interaction skills are essential.

- Clinic hours are: Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
Pay: $37.00 - $47.00 per hour
